The instrument flight course (IFR)
The instrument flight course (IFR) is an additional qualification that the airline pilot can take on the Commercial Pilot Course licenses, but it can also be taken with the Private Pilot Course license. Theoretical training is carried out within the Theoretical Commercial Pilot course.
Instrument flight training is recommended for airplane pilots who have a Commercial Pilot Course license, but it can also be carried out with a Private Pilot Course license, with the exception that you can only fly private aircraft and in an unpaid position. .
The pilot will be able to fly in adverse weather conditions, using only the on-board instruments.
Paiva Aviation prepared a refreshment of the simulator course going through all phases and with the quality differential that only Paiva Aviation has.
In the simulator, the pilot initiates instrument flight training, learning to locate himself in space only by reference to the on-board equipment and ground radio assistance. The course is available online and is not exempt from taking the course in a simulator approved by ANAC. This course consists of basic maneuvers, procedures, IFR navigation and evaluation.
